2006 Viola V Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark Purple with magenta rim. Nose is full of aroma and complexity and as the name suggests this wine has tons of violets and lilacs. Not your typical full bodied heady Cabernet Sauvignon, Viola V is all about finesse. The palate shows blueberries, ripe blue plums and wet sod and is silky and smooth.
